While we do strive for Perfection in everything we do, we employ human beings.  Like the rest of us, they are imperfect by nature.  Mistakes happen, but how we handle them when they DO happen is where we continue to shine.

We stand behind our work, and therefore provide a warranty to match.

We warrant all of our workmanship for 6 months.  This covers parts* and labor, except where noted on individual invoices.

We do need to know when there has been a problem, so this warranty is NOT transferrable, meaning the work does need to be completed here, at Perfection Automotive.  Unfortunately, we are unable to cover repairs completed at another facility, towing, time lost, car rentals or other costs involved except with prior approval on an individual basis.

*We offer this warranty only on parts that we provide, as we will work with our vendors if we get a defective part.  When a customer supplies parts, we do not have recourse to the original supplier.
